Roxanne’s 12-year career as a massage therapist has taken her to California, Hawaii, and now Oregon. But all that time she was relieving others’ aches and pain, she was suffering from her own chronic neck and lower-back pain. Traditional massage therapy wasn't cutting it, so she decided to visit a fellow therapist who practiced myofascial release. After that meeting, she pursued training for advanced myofascial release which rapidly became the core of her practice.

Myofascial release consists of gentle pressure applied to soft tissue and joints that's held for minutes at a time to soften and lengthen tissue. Roxanne has successfully aided clients suffering from spinal injuries, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
