Cynthia had the most amazing energy. She made it really easy to come in and feel welcome. The class had a variety of people and it was easy to go at type own pace. Cynthia communicates really week during the class. I can't believe how much fun I had exercising.

Cynthia is a professional dancer but also a great enthusiastic teacher. She makes the class so joyful, gives you confidence, she has such a great attitude. I cannot recommend her enough!
