The Beginning Yoga class yesterday was excellent. I haven't done yoga in over 20 years and the class reinforced that "I can do this". A good feeling! Thanks!

I'm loving my experice at Just Breathe and am sad to run out of my classes there soon. It's been worth the hour and a half drive to the studio from where I live.
