Don't be intimidated to go try it out. Everyone I have met there has been so encouraging. The owners/coaches, Kaz and Colin, sincerely want each person to learn and understand the F.I.G.H.T system. You can check out the website for class info. :)

Excellent facilities and staff. Great workout. Amazing self-defense classes. Wish there was one closer to me in NW Eugene area.
