Love....Love...Love the Get Fit Boot Camp! The people int he groups are very encouraging and for someone who isn't a "gym going person" (which I am not) having the work outs outside is better in my opinion.

I have noticed a big difference in my body, and in fellow students as well. We are all ages and sizes, so there is no intimidation or concerns that the class will be all youthful body builders.
