Wonderfully relaxing experience!

Andrea is talented, and awesome!! I received excellent customer service. She was very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable! My skin has been pretty problematic due to hormones and lots of stress. Andrea made me feel very relaxed, comfortable, and optimistic about maintaining a glowing complexion. She is also talented at cutting and coloring hair! Thank you Salon West!!

Donna does a good job, especially on the pedicures!

I really enjoyed my facial..my skin felt great afterwards. The woman who did my facial talked me into getting my brows waxed. that was a mistake! the don't even match, and she made them so narrow I can't even go to another salons to get them fixed. Never had such an awful experience.

The massage was good but the atmosphere was non spa like. The massage bed sheets did not look/feel fresh.

I had purchased a shellac manicure/pedicure with Donna. She took her time to make everything just the way she wanted. I ended up with one of the best pedicures and manicures I've ever had.

Have been going to Ms Vanessa to have my massages for about 2yrs. She is wonderful and her hands are magic! Today is first day I had a mani and pedi here. Ms Donna was good and professional. Was an awesome experience.
