Jocelyn, the owner, is absolutely the best instructor/trainer I have ever had - she pushes you to go farther than you think you can then builds in transitions that allow you to rest a bit; then on to the next challenge. All the workouts are always fresh and interesting; and she always provides counsel to you if you have weak knees or the like. I cannot say enough good things about her and the studio!

The owner Jocelyn is amazing. She is professional,energetic and loves teaching. She pays attention to detail and does a great job combining pilates, bar and dance. If your new to this method, I reccomend you start in the beginners class.
