Wish there were some Jiu Jitsu classes available. Or a small area for power strength training with weights.

There's very little instruction, which given that it's people's first day would have been nice, but I suppose it builds some independence. I've only been twice and it's been two different instructors. One instructor was definitely more welcoming to beginners. Tough all around, which is good, but at least encouraging to people who are trying to learn. I like that it's a good all around workout.

I had a great first class. The staff were friendly and incredibly supportive of a first-timer. I am looking forward to taking advantage of the rest of my classes there.
