The Barre Code class I took here was the best whole-body workout I've ever done, PERIOD. It was very challenging and there were several times when I had to stop and take a break before the end of the set. Kate, the teacher, was very positive and encouraging throughout the entire class. I already feel stronger and more confident after one class, and I can't wait to see how I feel after more classes!!!

Get ready to feel the burn! The barre code class was challenging but in the best way. Celeste, the instructor, was positive and motivating the whole time. My friend and I had a great time!
