Friendly welcoming staff who addressed any initial paperwork upon arrival. Was ably assisted by Julia in selecting a moderately priced frame and lens for the prescribed provided. Prices seemed to be more than expected but went in with no knowledge as a first time purchaser of prescription glasses. Would recommend based on wonderful service provided.
