They have a wonderful location and awesome facility but some how need to update the outside and make it so people driving up can see how great it is inside. They are a too well kept secret in this town!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff and fitness instructors/trainers.. Dedicated to total nutrition and fitness.. Very clean environment and dressing rooms with wonderful showers in the dressing rooms for your convenience.. Convenient location too.. Very pleased!!!!
