lose the paperwork ~ I have to sit and fill out forms for 1/2 hour when I go to the doctor - I don't want my mood ruined by filling out paperwork when I go to a spa to relax.

staff tried to hard to sell other spa services during treatment. This was a distraction-just let the customers enjoy the services

It was a beautiful spa and provided great treatment but the people who worked there were very rude and unfriendly and that would not make me want to go back there.
