Friendly, courteous and helpful staff and teachers. Makes it easy to want to come back, even if it is your first time. Great workout, much needed meditation in a serene setting. Quiet music. Just what you are looking for. No preasure to keep up with others. Go at your own pace.
Thanks so much for introduction into the world of Kundilini Yoga.
