They did a good job, although I was a bit surprised that they used me for a training a new practicioner/ physician. Results were good however.

Had to wait almost 1-1/2 hours (3:30 appt) but they admitted they are trying to adjust their scheduling to prevent the long wait at the end of the day.

The doctor was really nice and answered my questions. He is interested in complete customer satisfaction and said I could come back (free of charge) if the procedure did not completely remove my spider veins. I would definitely recommend him.
