Misleading... To do job correctly and thoroughly, had to purchase additional service! $39 turned I to $139... Not very happy about that. The technician was very nice

they were awful. their brush broke in my dryer vent. I had to spend money to get their brush out. Never use them again.

The man took about 5 minutes to clean my dryer vent out when it took about 45 minutes with a different company at my neighbors house. I don't think it's really done and I will have to call another company to clean it out. I would not let him touch my vents because he wanted to cut holes in my furnace vents to allow his machine to vacuum the vents. Most of the other service providers vacuums each vent. I did not trust him at all.

I want to talk to the owner of the company . The technician was clearly "high" and smelled of alcohol. Then he tried to undercut his employer by offering to do the job for $100 less. I was extremely uneasy with him being in my home. I had him clean the dryer vent only. Didn't want him spending anymore time in my home. The scheduling person was a total ditz too. Please put me in contact with the owner.

What seemed like a 39 dollar bargain turned into a 600 dollar adventure.

no way to verify that they did a good job.... they'll always find a way to charge you extra.... if you tell them that you just want done what you bought, they'll tell you that they can't do it for some reason.
