First time yoga goer. They are so sweet at this studio and there are a lot of other new people it seems (didn’t feel weird/out of place for being new at the very least)

Loved my experience! Took a gentle flow candlelight yoga class with Kelly and she was fantastic! It was a very relaxing experience. The studio is very clean and kelly waa very welcoming and helpful.

I love this place! All instructors are very nice, butI love to go to Fiona’s class. All instructors are paying attention to everybody. Small group of people, clean, intimate. Going there everyday after work, very relaxing.
