About Cynthia Ruiz HHP CCHT

Cynthia Ruiz spent her corporate career helping others, but after 30 years, she wanted to do more. In 2005, she began looking for the services of a life coach, which eventually led her to the California Institute of Healing Arts. Cynthia walked away from the institute with a degree as a holistic health practitioner, alternative health practitioner, certified clinical hypnotherapist, certified behavioral therapist, and certified life coach. These disciplines are combined into holistic hypnotherapy programs to help clients achieve their goals, from eliminating smoking habits to losing unwanted pounds. Cynthia uses specialized hypnotherapy to remove mental blocks that inhibit growth and replaces them with thoughts that bolster inner-strength, all while clients remain conscious of themselves and their surroundings.
