Be more professional with your clients. Greet them when they come in the door...call them in advance if there will be a wait time, so they can choose to re-schedule if they need to, be cognizant that people have other appointments/meetings to go to and if they're running late, give the courtesy to your client to let them know how late you're running and that you'll shortly be with them. It SHOULD NOT be up to the client to have to keep checking in with the receptionist to see how much longer it's going to be until they can be seen.Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional.
