Good service and nice selection but store was dirty which is off putting. It needed a good dusting and vacuuming. It looked drab.

I wasn't happy that visalia location doesn't have a lab for same day service

Great value and warranty, but customer service is somewhat disorganized at the facility and there is a bit of wait time before receiving the glasses (14 business days in my case). Overall, a satisfactory if not stellar experience.
