Great customer service would have likes more package options that were not so pricey.

The makeover and photo shoot were a lot of fun, but the photos are *so expensive* it's questionable whether it's worth it in the end. I loved the one photo I was able to get out of it, but there were so many more I would have kept if there was a reasonably priced option.

The staff was wonderful.
