I've been having some hip pain for ... well, years. I love to exercise and it's really been a drag for me. I've been going regularly to a chiropractor which has been helpful but the problem always returns. I have been to TWO classes at HYFF (I'm making that abbreviation up haha) and I haven't had ANY pain at all. What?! I want to set up a cot there and never leave.

Fairfield Hot Yoga is easy to get to and has lots of parking. The instructors are knowledgable, good teachers and pleasant. I find the studio is clean and there are shower facilities. I have tried other studios but I keep coming back to this one.

It was my first time taking a class here and the class was awesome. Tomer was an incredible teacher and offered so much support and motivation throughout the class! Will definitely be back.

My only feedback is: 1. I love the power vinyasa class- I wish you had more on the schedule! Are there any plans to add more? 2. I'd love it if you guys had 6:00 AM morning classes (hour long would be best)- its so much easier for me to practice before work than it is to rush out of work with my 9-5 job
