The receptionist was so helpful with talking about different classes and scheduling. I took the Saturday am class with Jenny and she was careful to ask everyone their experience with yoga and then took the time to provide simple explanations to the beginners in the class like me. My 25 y/o daughter has also gone to Absolute Yoga and had a good experience. Five stars!

Clean, bright, small class size, patient and knowledgeable teachers. Easy to get to and are quite parking in the evening. I'll be back!

Beautiful space, lovely instructors. Elyce is amazing! Wish there was more of a variety of morning classes. Some of the regulars are quite "bossy" to newbies like myself. Workshops are pricey!

It's nice starting yoga place and also great for intermediate levels too. The owner and teachers are very welcoming, and there is plenty of parkong space. Class is not crowded, but has enough people so that you feel encouraged.

I am so happy with this yoga studio. I find the staff to be very pleasant and welcoming. The teacher, Adam Dobbs is wonderful. The atmosphere is great.

Absolute Yoga is a fantastic yoga studio. Elyce Neuhauser is the best yoga instructor I've ever had. She's addictive.
