Awesome class & environment! Definitely a must

When I did this, it was the greatest thing ever that got me into Kickboxing for 2+ years before I moved. Last about 50lb and gained muscle like you wouldn't believe. I also made some lifelong friends along the way

It was great experience. I had fun learning new skills, getting out of my comfort zone, and meeting new people. I would recommend this studio to anyone open to trying out new ways of getting fit.

This was a great workout! Our trainer, Paige was amazing! She was very attentive to my daughter and I. We couldn’t stop talking about how professional everyone was. Great environment, vibe and class 😊
