Staff is so sweet and everything is done very professionally

The only thing I did not like about Fallbrook Medical Center was their waiting room setup. While I was wating to be called back for my microdermabrasion, I was seated with some people who were very clearly sick in a small wating room.

It is a medical clinic that is a "walk in" facility. This is not a spa experience but more clinical. If children coughing and sick adults don't bother you in the waiting room then the waiting is worth the experience.

My first visit was rushed angle proper paperwork was not completed prior to treatment. I was 3 minutes late to my appt. they pointed out that I was 7 min late. It was because I stood in line to be helped. I had run into unexpected traffic. The whole interaction seemed a bit rude. I am hoping my subsequent visits are better.

I appreciate how friendly and professional the staff is. I have been there three times and I have not had to wait. They return phone calls promptly. They are great.

So far to drive for me. Great staff and session was delicious.

pleasant staff and clean

The dermabrasion was good. She improved the process from the frirst time I went. I can tell a difference in my skin and will return for further treatments.
