It was a lot of fun. You get to do a lot from class #1. Expect to be sore the day after as it’s a great workout. The instructor was very pleasant, patient and professional. I would highly recommend.

Great experience for my daughter who is interested in learning the silks! Staff was friendly supportive and encouraged the girls! Would definitely recommend!!!!

The best experience ever!!! My niece came down for the spring break and i signed her up for the wrong class but we got there we had personal session with the. originator! My niece loved! I loved it! I will be back! The staff was amazing and was so patient and helpful! i appreciate all there help! it was the best experience ever! i love that place!!!
