This yoga studio is amazing! Well worth the try. I love the HIIT class and the saturday morning Power vinyasa. The owner is very down to earth and there most days and very helpful to new people. All of the instructors make the classes fun, relaxing and the HIIT challenging! Highly recommended

Very welcoming space. It was my first time trying hot yoga and I was very intimidated by the concept. I am a relative novice when it comes to yoga in general. The staff put me at ease and the time flew compared to other yoga classes I have taken. Definitely recommend this studio.
