Over the phone I mentioned that I never had the treatment before, and they never warned me that I would need to keep the glob in my hair without putting it in a ponytail for two days and would need to return in a couple days. This was very frustrating for a busy women who needs to maintain a professional appearance at work. If I would have known I would have scheduled it appropriately around work. Poor customer service. On the second visit, my hair was not even flat ironed.
