Color is good. A twenty dollar up charge which I was not ask about prior to application. Shampoo was rough and hair was not blown out very well

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. The lady who cut my hair was rude, told me my hair smelled repeatedly pulled my hair when washing it, and let me leave while my hair was still wet. I've never had any of these things happen at any other salon. To top it off I found out a couple of weeks later at another salon that my cut was crooked.
