Love this place! You feel very comfortable here. Everyone is so nice, and you feel comfortable enough to go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, etc.

This is a great way to try a new studio. I had quit my old studio and was looking for another. THis is not my usual style of pilates, but I am intriqued by it.

The instructors are great, the staff is extremely helpful and nice, and the studio is state of the art and uplifting! I would definitely sign up again.

I have only gone to the barre/mix classes taught by Lisa Yarberry and they are fabulous!! She is awesome, she pushes you to keep going with just the right amount of encouragement - no hard core, boot camp style.
