Great service. I did the infrared spa as well as the colonic downstairs. The women here are great and very welcoming. I will definitely come here again.

I used the Infrared sauna and really enjoyed it! Julia showed me around and where to find everything. She was so friendly, kind, and couldnt have been more accomodating. What a beautiful studio in a restored historic home i think?? With different rooms for services and especially beautiful slate in the sauna room and bathroom. Gorgeous. Just wow! Thank you! you

I was pleasantly surprised! The studio is located in a beautiful house, and they offer different healing massages. It's more of a relaxing and healing environment than an active, workout place, which I greatly appreciated. The sauna was fantastic.

I was visiting from out of town and wanted some me time, and recharge. I purchased the 50 minute infrared Sauna treatment. It was INCREDIBLE!! Michelle was great! Very welcoming and knowledable. After my session was over, she also informed me of all of their other services around massage, Thai massage etc. No upselling AT ALL, which was very nice, just informative.
