Interesting experience, wrapped up warmly in a cocoon thermal electric blanket wearing a disposable paper suit to sweat away the toxins. I didn't actually sweat, so not sure of the benefit but it was very relaxing in a spa like atmosphere.

I prefer this over the infrared sauna. It's much more pleasant.

Arrive early. Sometimes, you can get in early. Great customer service and clean environment.

I purchased a 60 minute aromatherapy massage. I received a relaxing, full hour massage from Tara. She did a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to treat themselves!
