We went for a night ride, which started at 6pm. It was hot, like they told us, but absolutely amazing. I never felt unsafe, and the landing was perfect. I would highly recommend this to anyone, even taking children. The pilot and chase crew were personable and accommodating. We will do this again!!

We were real happy with our experience despite having to reschedule several times - the staff was very helpful with doing that.
Arriving we were greeted and given instructions. The ride itself was fantastic ; staff was very accommodating to another group that needed extra help.
After landing everyone was included in packing up balloon which was a cool experience ! The champagne toast and story T the end was

This was a lovely experience for our first time in a hot air balloon. The pilot was very informative and we learned a great deal about air flight and came to understand why the day has to be perfect in order to assure our safety. So, if your ride is delayed, know that this was to keep from harm.

Great experience and outstanding customer service. Purchased voucher in 2018 but did actually use the voucher until last month due to weather conditions on my many scheduled flight days. They honor the voucher until you take the flight even though the voucher indicates you have to use it within six months. Everyone had on face masks during the entire time.
