Love the Barre class. I think I can never work on my buns and thighs as good by myself, so I'm glad that this class works on all that. I love the constant repetition working the same muscles and feeling the intense burn!!

I hope that Laurie the owner decides to go back to offering people to purchase a la carte instead of a monthly fee as that is not in my budget & I really liked the service that I received.

I really enjoy working out here, the instructors are knowledgeable and very motivating.
