I've been to two class, hatha and yin. Instructors were friendly and welcoming. My sore muscles felt so much more relaxed after the yin class.

What a wonderful studio. So very welcoming and a beautiful flow to the class. The instructor is experienced and knowledgeable. She lead a seamless flow while still providing individual instruction. Can’t wait to go back!

This was my first time and the staff was so welcoming! I was the only person to come to a prenatal class (which are hard to find) and the instructor seemed more than happy to teach the class anyway. She was very knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. I'm definitely glad to have found the Yoga Center for Healthy Living, and I can't wait to come to another class!
