About The Yoga Mat Pinckney

The RYT-certified instructors at The Yoga Mat see themselves not just as yoga teachers, but as guides helping lead students toward self-discovery and awareness. Through a variety of class styles—including family yoga sessions—they teach such principles as controlled breathing, body alignment, and flexibility of the spine. Classes meet seven days a week, and the studio has mats available for rental.
