Its a very nice and clean facility. It's never overly crowded and I LOVE the 24 hour access.

Snap employees were not very helpful. The most attention I received was when I gave them my letter to terminate my membership. You had to ask for every bit of information, nothing was volunteered. I had to ask to be shown the machines. When I made an appointment with a personal trainer to be shown around I had to wait a week and then I was given a brief overview.
