I had a customized facial with Macy, who was absolutely fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She explained everything she wanted to do, and what the benefit of doing so was. She made recommendations, yet wasn't pushy. I am a fan and will definitely go back to her. The ladies at the front desk (and everyone I had contact with, actually) were lovely as well.
