It's not surprising that Burritos and Beer Restaurant's dishes taste like they were made at home by mom. That's because the kitchen is run by the owners' actual mother, who relies on homestyle cooking techniques and recipes developed in Central Mexico, Baja, and New Mexico. She whips up everything from breakfast burritos to tortilla soup to carne asada, all of which arrive tableside with housemade salsa and cold Mexico beers or local brews from Sun King.
