This place is the real deal for Pilates. It isn’t a one size fits all Pilates studio- Elizabeth makes sure you are doing the movements safely and correctly. Her years of experience are obvious in the way she teaches. I can’t wait to go back and i can’t wait to take my daughter to the kids Pilates class.

Very nice studio. Instructor was excellent at describing the moves. The workout was just right for getting back into pilates. Felt energized afterwards.

So this was my first class and I really really enjoyed myself!! I will be getting lots more involved, so I know my body more. Elizabeth is very very knowledgeable and so helpful and wants you to become more familiar with what your actually doing!! Oh and did I say it’s a WORKOUT!! Wonderful place!

Elizabeth and her studio is superior. She is patient and works hard to be sure you understand the techniques. Small classes equals superior attention. Really enjoy the studio.

Elizabeth was amazing at giving a thorough explanations what to expect. Very welcoming and Un-intimidating space. Would definitely recommend!

Touch of Pilates is an incredible place! There's a wide variety of equipment that can be used, several variations of pilates you can do there, and they are great at modifying their classes for anyone, whether you've never done pilates before or are an expert...they can give you modifications to make something easier or more challenging, depending on what you're looking for. Very happy with the instructors here!
