5 day is too long to wait, and charge $5 extra for next day pick up is a robbery! You can do better!

I've been coming here since I was 8 years old. It's nice to see that they've moved on to the 21st Century and started taking cake orders online.

I like the lighness of their cakes. Their cakes are to my taste as not to sweet. The designs are always very pretty and neat.

Product purchased (taro pudding cake) was very good and I am likely to go to Fayda again. However, the process (email, wait for order confirmation, etc.) did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. There is no telephone # if you have a problem, however, since I do speak Chinese, the bakery was able to direct me to their headquarters "hq", where they were able to fulfill my order. The woman, Chi, at the Fayda hq was knowledgeable and helpful, and she speaks English. However, again, in order to get the hq's #, you would need get it by speaking Chinese to the bakery.

Cake is delicious. Like the store.
