The atmosphere is wonderful. I’ve only had one class but it’s great. Kicks you where the sun doesn’t shine. You’re constantly moving so you’re always on your toes. I’m excited to continue to go and learn more and improve.

The best workout I ever had. I have tried a couple other kickboxing gyms, but after first session in lifefit kickboxing, i can say that’s my favorite. Great experience, will definitely continue.
