The tour of the facility was a bit out of the ordinary. I felt like it was one of those "time share tour". But it was informative and gave me the insight as to what's actually at the facility.

Overall a wonderful experience and we are talking about a dental office.

Great Care

Very efficient, organized, thorough.

The cleaning was good. They were pushy, so if you only want a cleaning tell them up front or they will try to schedule another appointment with you. But they were honest and did a good job.

The office was clean, nicely decorated and well organized. The staff was friendly, attentive, and skilled. All in all a great experience.

I have never waited long to be attended too and they work fast, but efficiently.

The constant advertisements on the televisions are irritating. A visit and scheduling should not take 6 different people -- too much waiting. It is stated that they are trying to care about their patients, but it's more like they are constantly soft-selling with a convoluted system of different "consultants". Not sure why I made a follow up appointment with them other than feeling somewhat pressured, and then they required a deposit for it, which 10 minutes later hit me as to how weird that is. I think they will do a good job on your teeth, they might just annoy you while they do it.
