Paint the room again, clean spots off wall, dust, get new body wraps, those were dingy, get new cds, the one playing skipped and even stopped while I was being serviced.
I really enjoyed my massage. I returned a few days later to have my hair done and was very pleased. I will be returning.
The service was good. I would suggest you have Klennix, or Puffs to give patrons after the massage. The tech asked me if I needed a tissue and she brought me rolled up toilet paper. I thought that was odd. Otherwise a good day!

Massage and atmosphere was great. Facial not so much....although the actual technique of the facial was fine. Initially there was never any directing on what was going on especially when the aesthetician left the room once or twice with no notification that "I'll be right back"....etc. My next concern was that I was never offered a blanket or covering and since I had just come from a massage and scantily clad in the"facial robe" I nearly froze to death even after I asked for my regular robe. My third and final annoyance was a relaxation CD that had seen better days. It kept scratching and of course started when my aesthetician was not in the room and then would stop or die down when she came back in. Just when I was about to ask for it to be turned off or for another CD, it was turned off. She did give an apology for the music after several minutes of enduring the annoyance while trying to relax. I choose not to discuss all this as I was pretty hot headed by this point and wanted to calm and collect my thoughts. Maybe my expectations are different than others but I have had several facials and have always been guided through the facial, checked on to make sure I'm comfortable (not to hot or cold), music(non skipping) is always wonderful and notifying a customer your leaving the room especially if a treatment is being left on for a few minutes. Just some criticisms to consider to better serve future clients.

In other salons, they give you a bottle after your massage to wash out the toxins released in your body. I think that is a nice touch you could add. Thanks for the great day of pampering!
