Staff is wonderful! Very willing to explain process, including do's and don't's and process for best results. Very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Shaney was amazing! She made this new mommy forget that there was a crying baby at home and I enjoyed my time away from home (rather than aching to hurry up and get back to my baby)! Plus, I saw immediate results from Shaney's work! I will definitely be back (for two reasons: 1) to buy a package and 2) to tip Shaney... plz tell her I'm sorry bc I didn't even think about that... and can only claim brain damage from pregnancy. If there is anyone in this world to tip well, it is the hands that are taking care of your hair and your skin! Thanks Ladies!! ~Nicole

Negative feedback: Receptionist seems constantly annoyed ( regardless which time of the day & which day of the week ). Receptionist is not always present to make appointments. However the staff who treated me were really nice
