This is an awesome workout. They provide you with a customized workout sheet that is easy to follow. The workout machines are top notch.

Private Workout showed me how to properly workout on weight lifting equipment. In the past all I did was cardio because I felt intimidated at gyms. I look forward to working out with weights so I can hopefully get in shape and stay in shape!

This is not like the typical workout facilities. The name says it all. The staff is friendly and readily available to assist you when needed. I feel okay going in and top notch coming out.
