Talent development expert, Jonathan George and Grammy award winning, producer/songwriter, Bob Parr are passionate about educating and training aspiring talent to achieve their dreams and goals. The music industry can be overwhelming, but with the right direction and team, you can be successful.

Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring? You must bring 1 to 2 karaoke/instrumental tracks on an mp3 device or phone. No CD's. Any genre music is fine, pop, country, folk, indie, rock, Contemporary Christian, Gospel, R&B. If you have an original song bring that. If you play guitar bring it. You may accompany yourself. Bring a pen & paper.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Jonathan George has trained and developed many of today's top young artists. As a native Texan, he realized DFW talent lacked the options and opportunities for quality training and development, that L.A. has. Jonathan trains, develops, and launches artists from the DFW area.

What do you love most about your job? Both Jonathan and Bob are successful, award winning artists in their own right. Now they get to pour their many years of knowledge and expertise into young, up and coming talent. Neither had this kind of opportunity growing up, so they love being positive role models and coaching aspiring artists.
