I took my 4 and 6 yr olds to the Tuesday night Yoga Kids class and they had a great time. Jordan, the instructor is wonderful with the kids!

I love this place. The classes are great, the staff is amazing... I only wish they could come to Coppell so I could go even more often. :)

My son went to his first class yesterday. (Tween stretch and strength.) He was super hesitant, but when he got out he said he wanted to come back. And now he wants to try all kinds of classes! Both the person I spoke to on the phone as well as the instructor were very welcoming.

Great place to exercise! They offer a variety of classes and the classes are never overcrowded like you find in the chain gyms.
