I was skeptical- having no mma experience, but son wanted Boxing class. I'm very pleased. Son is loving it, self image improving and confidence growing after just 2 classes. Happy to support this local business.

Staff and instructors were fantastic! Everyone was friendly and took the time to introduce themselves and carry on a conversation with every customer. Folsom MMA had a very welcoming and enthusiastic atmosphere which made me want to come back for more as soon as possible. Keep up the good work!
