They really know what they're doing. There is never a day I don't wake up with a sore feeling and it's great. They give you tips as new mom's and even where you can find baby sitters. They spicy things up by changing the area they work out in.

If you are looking for a good workout and be with you LO, then this is your answer. Just know to bring toys food to keep LO entertained at stations.
