The trainer Kandance was always running 1/2 hr on a good day to 1 1/2 hours behind schedule.

When you commit to a lesson time you need to keep it. It is not right to expect your customers to drive to your location and then have the trainer not show up for appointments that you have confirmed. You do not honor your 24 hour cancellation policy for your customers yet apparently expect it from them. We have only been able to use two of our four lessons because our time for lesson number three has been moved or cancelled at least three times! Never have you called us proactively to make alternate arrangements -- we have either showed up and found no trainer or had to call before the lesson only to be told that it was cancelled (even after receiving an email confirmation that it was confirmed). We make time on our schedules to take our daughter to lessons - the least you could do is keep the time commitment you made.
